Country officially opened for business in June of 1974. Cabin Country, as the
name implies, specializes in mountain and recreational properties in Northern
Colorado's Larimer County and Southern Wyoming areas. Thanks for the

We are a small office and in years
past, we gained our reputation by buying and developing large ranches for
recreational enjoyment. Our emphasis in the mountain areas of Northern
Colorado's Larimer County and parts of Southern Wyoming are primarily listing
and selling areages, cabin, mountain homes and ranches. Buyer representation is
available in Colorado upon request. Should you purchase a property through
Cabin Country, our fee will be paid by the Seller.

What is our Hassle-Free
Transaction?
- We will discuss realistic selling prices and not
overstate values. We have access to current sales information and will provide
valid comparable sales information to allow buyers and sellers make informed
decisions.
- We will advertise in newspapers, the Multiple Listing
Service, the Cabin Country website, and other promotional internet sites, We
place appropriate "For Sale" signs on properties. We'll take the time to
incorporate high quality photographs for promotional materials.
- We will locate and properly represent the boundaries and
features of the property, and show the property to its best possible advantage.
We'll accompany prospects to the property.
- We will assist buyers in obtaining the necessary
financing, and we'll close efficiently, with a minimum of delay.
- We inform sellers in writing of Cabin Country showings,
and call ahead of time for home showings.
