We are a small office and in years past, we gained our reputation by buying and developing large ranches for recreational enjoyment. Our emphasis in the mountain areas of Northern Colorado's Larimer County and parts of Southern Wyoming are primarily listing and selling acreages, cabin, mountain homes and ranches. Buyer representation is available in Colorado upon request. Should you purchase a property through Cabin Country, our fee will be paid by the Seller. Despite industry claims to the contrary, the internet is not a substitute to an experienced mountain professional.
