We will :
1. Discuss realistic selling prices and not overstate values to get your listing. We have access to current sales information and will provide valid comparable sales information to allow buyers and sellers make informed decisions.
2. Advertise your property in newspapers, the Multiple Listing Service and the Cabin Country website, and other promotional internet sites, and use appropriate "For Sale" signs. We'll take the time to incorporate high quality photographs for promotional materials.
3. Locate and properly represent the boundaries and features of your property, and show your property to its best possible advantage. We'll accompany prospects to your property.
4. Assist buyers in obtaining the necessary financing, and we'll close efficiently with a minimum of delay.
5. Inform you in writing of Cabin Country showings.
